Regal Home Fragrance, an artisanal brand specializing in home fragrance candles and related products, sought to enhance its online presence by launching a Shopify eCommerce store. To achieve this goal, the company enlisted the expertise of ENCYPHERS, a leading IT company offering a wide range of services including web and eCommerce design and development. ENCYPHERS embarked on a comprehensive project to develop and optimize Regal Home Fragrance’s Shopify store (regalfragrance.shop), with a focus on navigation menu alignment, the addition of a Fragrance Finder Quiz, and overall UX/UI upgrades. During the development of Regal Home Fragrance's Shopify store, ENCYPHERS strategically integrated various third-party apps to enhance functionality and optimize the user experience. For instance, the integration of Shop Quiz: Product Recommender facilitated the addition of the Fragrance Finder Quiz, providing customers with personalized product recommendations based on their preferences. This interactive feature not only enhanced engagement but also contributed to increased sales by guiding customers towards products that aligned with their tastes. Additionally, apps like Simple Bundles & Kits allowed Regal Home Fragrance to offer bundled product packages and kits, providing customers with convenient options to purchase complementary items together. Integration with QuickBooks streamlined accounting and financial management processes, enabling seamless tracking of sales, expenses, and inventory directly within the Shopify dashboard. Furthermore, apps like PayPal Zettle and Smile: Loyalty & Rewards enhanced the checkout experience and encouraged repeat purchases by offering secure payment options and rewarding customers for their loyalty. Overall, the strategic integration of these third-party apps enhanced the functionality and efficiency of Regal Home Fragrance's Shopify store, ultimately contributing to an improved shopping experience for customers and driving business growth.

One of the primary challenges encountered during the development of Regal Home Fragrance's Shopify store was ensuring optimal navigation menu alignment. Fragrance Finder Quiz Addition

Another challenge faced by Regal Home Fragrance was the need to enhance product discovery and provide personalized recommendations to customers. With a wide range of fragrance options available, it was crucial to help customers find products that aligned with their preferences and tastes. However, the existing product browsing experience lacked interactivity and engagement, making it challenging for customers to discover new scents and products tailored to their preferences.



To overcome the challenge of product discovery, ENCYPHERS proposed the addition of a Fragrance Finder Quiz to Regal Home Fragrance's Shopify store. This interactive quiz would allow customers to answer a series of questions about their fragrance preferences, such as scent type, intensity, and preferred notes. Based on the customer's responses, the quiz would then generate personalized fragrance recommendations, guiding customers towards products that matched their preferences. ENCYPHERS designed and implemented the Fragrance Finder Quiz within the Shopify store, seamlessly integrating it into the product browsing experience. This innovative feature not only enhanced engagement and interactivity but also provided valuable insights into customer preferences, enabling Regal Home Fragrance to offer more targeted product recommendations in the future.
